What specific competencies do we sharpen?
We cover all 8 ICF Competencies globally defined and published.

At what times do Lives take place?
Lives all happen online for 2 hours to fit busy schedules globally.
We start together at
– 1 to 3pm GMT+1, CET
(Paris, Luxembourg, Berlin) then change to 2 to 4pm in winter time/daylight saving
= 8 to 10pm GMT+8
(KL, Singapore, HK)
= 7 to 9am GMT-5, EST
(NY, Washington DC), then change to 8 to 10pm in winter time/daylight saving
What is required in terms of personal work?
About 3 to 5 hours per week
Online curriculum 15 to 20 hours
Coaching practice 25 to 30 hours
Self-reflection, notes, essay, preparation for supervision, for exam 10 to 15 hours
I’m busy, so how many Lives can I miss?
All Live workshops are mandatory, all coaching practice is essential and every feedback count. We need you to be present at all the dates.
