Meet Marianne

Marianne Dupuis
Executive & Leadership Coach
Coaching Supervisor & Mentor, PCC

Passionate Coach, marveled Supervisor, enthusiastic Trainer, caring Mum…
just like you, I wear plenty of labels.

A professional journey across the globe

Coaching across cultures is my forte, as I have been coaching people from Japan, Morocco, Luxembourg, Germany, Canada, Italy, Turkey, Belgium, Portugal, Syria, Netherlands, Vietnam, Austria, Ireland, Malaysia, France, Australia, India, Poland, Egypt, Hong-Kong, UK, Singapore, Algeria, Mongolia, Ukraine, Mexico, India, United States, Philippines, Spain, New-Zealand, Russia, Rumania.

After graduated with a Master in Business Management from Skema Business School (France), I embraced an international career with Ajinomoto in Japan, Credit Lyonnais in Japan, then for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, then Andersen / Ernst & Young, major audit firms in Luxemburg, then the Central bank of Luxembourg, hence mostly working in audit, risk management and project management for the financial sector over 15 years.

These roles provided me with abundant opportunities to meet inspiring people, as well as lead multicultural teams and learn tremendously, especially on coping with massive workload in stressful deadlines, delivering unpleasant messages to decision makers, motivating people without having a title, plus finding a work-life balance between demanding jobs and…
equally demanding toddlers.

Seeking for a deeper purpose, passionate about growth and development, in love with training, I then transitioned to coaching and training in 2010.
No regrets, I’ve the best job in the world ;-)

We relocated to Malaysia in 2012, seeking for an international exposure for our family and wider professional explorations. I’ve been working in coaching with clients all over the worlds and training people all over Asia. Multicultural experiences too, tons of learning about leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching across cultures along with parental coaching, career coaching for expatriates, transition coaching and the creation of the People Coach Certification too.

After 11 most meaningful years, we relocated to Luxembourg in a way to be closer to our kids turning students and young professionals. Coaching as well online and still enjoying thoroughly to empower people, bringing Coaches back on track and relieving sorrows to let smiles emerge.

Approach

My way to coach is to deeply respect, authentically connect, emotionally support and creatively challenge the client I have the honor to coach.

My way to supervise is to welcome anything, foster progress and realizations, trust the Coach, the process and our co-creation.

I like to use art as a powerful detour leveraging on emotional intelligence.
I love to re-frame beliefs in a supportive way to get new insights.
I bring trusting patience as well as that unique touch of unconditional love we all need to blossom.

Specialties

Besides coaching supervision and coaching mentoring, I coach leaders at critical points:

with their teams, in their global role
with the next career stage
with their family members

Sources of Inspiration

I feel energized by both coaching and supervision or mentoring sessions, mesmerized by the courage, humility and entrepreneurial spirit of my clients and fellow coaches.
As a mother of 4 beloved children, I also draw tremendous inspiration from watching them. They make me discover songs, movies, stories that drive me forward.

Nature is an infinite source of wisdom, patience, resilience and courage, teaching me lots of coaching lessons.
Music, books, art, meditation, prayer
