Why preparing systems?

Scheduling systems to save your precious time

An easy way to implement this, using the workbook
1. Pick a yearly calendar and list all the holidays and family events you do not want to miss, the training and conferences you choose to attend as well as the events you plan to organize over the year, then define the periods you want to allocate to these.
2. List all the activities you plan to schedule on a monthly basis, such as content creation in bulk, accounting time, events preparation, etc. Then define the periods you want to allocate to these activities each month.
3. List all the tasks you plan to achieve on top of coaching on a weekly basis, such as engaging with prospective clients, networking and marketing. Then choose when you want to block time for these tasks.
That will give you the time slots available for coaching that you will then define in your scheduling system. As much as you plan, you also want to get some flexibility, so you’ll notice over time what can be adjusted, where you need to be more realistic in terms of the time you need for certain tasks and which tasks become quicker with practice.
